Scientists from the MARUM Institute at the University of Bremen, the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research, and the ETH Zurich have published a study that find earthquakes are releasing massive amounts of methane into the atmosphere to significantly alter the temperature of the planet and change the dynamics of eco-systems across the globe.
David Fischer, professor at MARUM, stated : “We started going through the literature and found that a major earthquake had occurred close by, in 1945. Based on several indicators, we postulated that the earthquake led to a fracturing of the sediments, releasing the gas that had been trapped below the hydrates into the ocean.”
Earthquakes cause measurable tears in the ocean floor, allowing methane to seep out. By analyzing an 8.1 magnitude earthquake from 1945, researchers concluded that the Nascent Ridge , a shallow reservoir of methane, was opened after the quake.
Over several decades, the equivalent of 10 tanker-trucks of methane was released into the ocean.
Fischer explained: “The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) calculates the planet’s carbon budget by estimating all possible natural sources of carbon to the atmosphere, and we now provide a new mechanism of carbon export that had not been considered before.”
The IPCC Carbon Budget is meant to “assess the mean ocean sink” which is supposed to reflect the amount of greenhouse gases within the oceans.
In the UK, the Climate Change Act “established a target to reduce its emissions by at least 80% from 1990 levels by 2050. This target represents an appropriate UK contribution to global emission reductions consistent with limiting global temperature rise to as little as possible above 2°C.”
Target goals for 2050 are to alter the usage of energy for businesses and households to create a low-carbon economy (LCE).
The IPCC, concerned about carbon emissions due to anthropogenic activity, are calling for LCEs to be implemented across the globe to avert catastrophe.
The LCE would compare all aspects of modern life to push for a decarbonized economy with mitigation strategies such as carbon neutrality and geoengineering.
The Oxford Principles outline values to be considered with regard to geoengineering practices.
Those values are:
• Geoengineering to be regulated as a public good
• Public participation in geoengineering decision-making
• Disclosure of geoengineering research and open publication of results
• Independent assessment of impacts
• Governance before deployment
In the US, Senator Kay Hutchinson introduced S601, entitled “Weather Mitigation Research and Development Policy Authorization Act” in 2009.
The purpose of the bill was “to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather mitigation policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather mitigation research and development.”
The Congress House Science and Technology Committee (STC) discussed “potential environmental risks and benefits of various proposals, associated domestic and international governance issues, evaluation mechanisms and criteria, research and development (R&D) needs, and economic rationales supporting the deployment of geoengineering activities.”
The United Kingdom (UK), Germany, and India provided scientists that supported the engagement of geoengineering technologies in the name of reducing emissions, preserving “climate sensitivity”, and climate thresholds under the pursuit of political, social and economic mitigation strategies.
The National Research Council released published a document in 2003 entitled “Critical Issues in Weather Modification Research” wherein it was suggested that because the weather is “sometimes [a] fatal force in human affairs” it would be advantageous for governments to find an effective way of controlling it.
Investing in the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC), spear-headed by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, seeks to coerce 19 countries under its wing to mandate international regulations in sovereign nations.
Under a 20 year timeframe, controlling greenhouse gases, methane leaks, and natural gas cultivation justifies alarmist’s agendas at stifling individuality. Smart regulations that overtake the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) value natural gas as an economic asset to be exploited.
The CCAC focuses on:
• Using propaganda against the public
• Enact governmental mitigation strategies
• Install national and regional actions
• Mobilize the public to support globalist agendas
• Manipulate scientific data to reflect climate change schemes
Cloud seeding, a form of geoengineering, is an international effort to modify the weather, manufactures precipitation and forces the development of clouds that are rife with condensation by coercing the microphysical process within the cloud itself. This process is achieved by injecting silver iodide aerosols into the atmosphere to cause ice crystals to grow and facilitate rainfall.
Experiments in cloud seeding began in the 1940s with experiments conducted by General Electric Laboratory, and have been broadened by international scientific communities with over 150 weather modification programs active with the majority of those endeavors being cloud seeding. An estimated 11 programs are being utilized in the US.
The environmental effects of cloud seeding have not been fully explored for the sake of using this modification technology to control weather patterns. Because of this fact, there are no studies directly linking weather modification techniques to the effects we call global warming. This is part of the scheme of blaming man for climate change. As weather modification project continue, their long-term influence causes the changes we attribute to human activity, which justifies the need for control over greenhouse emissions by eco-fascists.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) has found that geo-engineering is directly responsible for neurotoxins found in human blood, lungs; as well as causing a whole host of neurotoxic conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
Geo-engineering is manipulating and altering the planet’s atmosphere. Toxic barium, magnesium, aluminum and other chemicals are released in the chemtrails that follow certain airplanes. These aerosol exhausts first appear as normal contrails of water vapor that usually follow airplanes. Yet, chemtrails do not dissipate, changing from straight lines and cross hatch patterns into streaks of “clouds” that cover most of the visible sky.
Chemtrails have been seen all across the world. They are composed of parasites, toxic metals, nano-engineered particles and other toxins. Samples have yielded the presence of:
• Aluminum
• Barium
• Nickel
• Cadmium
• Mold spores
• Synthetic nano-fibers
• Bacillus blood spores
• Radioactive thorium
These chemicals are entered into the lungs and skin, and pollute the human body. They collect in our environment and alter the air we breathe, food we eat; creating an unavoidable toxicity.
